F A Q s

We want everyone to have a really fun time at our event , plus we are a non-commercial, fundraising event so here’s a few things to bear in mind …….

we have discounted early bird tickets for sale via UEA box office but these come off sale in June

after that, you can still buy advance tickets via UEA box office but at the same price as on the gate ( but it saves time and your cash !)

we have lots of free entertainment and activities included in the entry fee ( which are family-focussed until around 7pm )not to mention all the live music and a firework display,  plus pay as you go rides.

between 7pm and 9pm there is a small entry charge for adults only of just £5 when there is still lots going on including the headline bands, drink and food, and a firework show !

we are trying hard to reduce the waste produced , especially plastics, so we have Barford Festival re-usable Souvenir cups for sale for just £1 !

we will have tokens for sale by card machine for drinks at the bars as well as cash sales

please don’t bring your own food and drink as we are raising money for good causes by making a small profit on the drinks and food for sale. ( bags will be checked on the gate)

please don’t bring your dog unless you really have to as it gets very busy and hot and there are lots of small children around who don’t necessarily like dogs. If you do, please keep on a lead the whole time and clean up  immediately. Guide dogs excepted.

we have an easy access disabled toilet

Please respect our neighbours by leaving the event quietly, and parking considerately.

We have a number of fully trained staff patrolling the event for your safety and security. If you behave disrespectfully , you will be asked to leave without refund.
